Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Account” refers to the Instagram account You give Us the username of in order to use the Service.
  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in these Terms) refers to SocialFollow®.
  • “Content” refers to content such as text, images, videos, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
  • “Cycle” refers to one round of the exchange described under “What the Service Is” below.
  • “Feedback” means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of Our Service.
  • “Network” refers to the Instagram accounts taking part in the exchange, each of which has completed the same follow step You complete.
  • “Service” refers to the free Instagram follower exchange provided by the Company as described on the Website.
  • “Terms” mean these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use and access of the Service.
  • “Third-party Social Media Service” means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
  • “User” (referred to as either “the User”, “You” or “Your” in these Terms) refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
  • “Website” refers to SocialFollow, accessible from https://socialfollow.co.

What the Service Is

The Service is an exchange. In one Cycle, You follow ten (10) Instagram accounts that We show You, You confirm that You have done so, We verify the follows, and We send one hundred (100) followers from the Network to Your Account. A new Cycle becomes available every twenty-four (24) hours, for as long as You take part.

The Service is free. There is no charge for it, there is no subscription, and We do not collect payment details of any kind.

The followers You receive are accounts in the Network — other people using the Service, each of whom completed the same follow step. We do not sell followers and We do not create them on Your behalf.

The follows have to stay in place. The exchange is reciprocal, so if You undo the follows that unlocked a Cycle, the followers You received for that Cycle are taken back. We check this rather than trust it. This is the one thing You have to keep doing for the Service to keep working.

The Service does not require Your Instagram password. There is no password field for Instagram credentials on this Website, and We do not log in to Your Instagram account or act as You on it. We verify the follows by looking at public Instagram profiles, in the same way any visitor can.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service, and they apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use it.

Any new features or tools added to the current Service are also subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this Website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to Our Website. It is the User’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acknowledgment of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Service or the Website, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

The Company is not associated with, and makes no claim to be affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Instagram, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.

Instagram’s Rules, and the Risk You Take

You should understand what this Service is before You use it. Instagram’s terms are written against coordinated and reciprocal following, and a follow-for-follow network is exactly that. That applies to Ours and to every other one. We say so plainly on How It Works rather than denying it, and You should read it there before taking part.

It is Your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram’s rules and guidelines, and with any legislation to which You are subject. You use the Service at Your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any restriction, limitation, suspension, or removal that Instagram may apply to Your Account as a result of using the Service.

What We Do Not Promise

We do not guarantee how many followers You will receive, how quickly they will arrive, or that they will stay. Accounts in the Network are operated by other people and may unfollow You at any time, and Instagram may remove or restrict accounts for its own reasons. Follower counts go down as well as up, and that is a normal outcome of using this or any other follower service.

We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service, and We have no control over Instagram if it decides to change its platform or its API.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone for any reason, and the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content of it) without notice at any time. The Company shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Service is strictly unavailable to anyone under the age of 18.

Your Instagram profile has to be public while followers are arriving, otherwise the Network cannot follow it and the Cycle cannot complete. Keeping it public for that period is Your responsibility.

Any information You give Us — Your Instagram username and Your email address, and anything else described in Our Privacy Policy — must be accurate, complete, and current. You may not use the Account of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

If You create an account with Us, You are responsible for safeguarding the password to that account and for any activity under it. That password is for Your SocialFollow account and is not, and must not be, Your Instagram password.

What You Agree Not To Do

You may not use Our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may You, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in Your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Your access to the Service.

You also agree not to:

  • Undo the follows that unlocked a Cycle in order to receive followers without taking part in the exchange.
  • Use scripts, bots, or other automated means to complete Cycles or to interact with the Service.
  • Create multiple accounts in order to obtain additional Cycles.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without written permission from Us.

Content

Where the Service allows You to post Content, You are responsible for that Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under Your Account, whether by You or by any third party using Your Account.

You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
  • Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
  • Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.
  • Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other rights.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, including the Company and its employees or representatives.
  • Violating the privacy of any third person.
  • False information and features.

The Company may limit or revoke Your use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties using the Service, You agree to use the Service at Your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, concerning the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of the course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind, that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Limitation Of Liability

The Company may not be held liable for any potential damages incurred. In no event will either party have any liability to the other for lost profit, lost revenue, or any circumstantial, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other form of damages, however caused, whether in contract or under any other theory of liability, and regardless of whether that party has been advised of the possibility of the aforementioned damages. As the Service is provided free of charge, You will have no financial liability to the Company for a breach of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

If You wish to stop, You simply stop. There is no subscription to cancel and no billing to end. Followers already following You may unfollow at any time, as described under “What We Do Not Promise” above, and if You undo the follows that unlocked a Cycle the followers from that Cycle are taken back, as described under “What the Service Is”. Disputes Resolution

If You have any concerns or disputes about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and the content of the Website at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Website and the Service.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, titles, and interests in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
